New Partner, New Projects

Closing out 2019 in gratitude . . .I’ve recently partnered with PATH Ventures on the interior design for two new projects. Gramercy Court will renovate an historic brick structure in the Arlington Heights neighborhood providing 15 units of permanent supportive housing. As the building was constructed in 1923 our design concept is art-deco inspired and LA-centric. The living and dining area evokes a modern interpretation of deco curves and will feature refurbished furniture where possible. The corridors and office spaces will feature historic photographs and postcards of Los Angeles, circa 1920. At Villas Montclair, located on Montclair Street in Arlington Heights, the concept is a play on our eponym and will feature colors and imagery inspired by Southern California desert mountain vistas.
